UPON MOTION of Commissioner Simmons, seconded by Chairman Lentz and unanimously carried, the Board approved the purchase of a new auger for the sign technician at a cost of $945.00 plus $70.00 shipping from Little Beaver, Inc., of Livingston, Texas. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Melvin, seconded by Commissioner Simmons and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Grant Project Ordinance Amendment. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND (31) GRANT PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT BE IT ORDAINED that the Grant Project Ordinance adopted on November 20, 1989 for the 1989 Cabarrus County Community Development Project is hereby amended as follows: Section 3.
