Olney) DESCRIPTION OF ENTIRE TRACT OR TRACTS AFFECTED BY TAKING: Lying and being in No. 2 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, on the west side of Interstate Highway 85, east of Afton Run Creek, the entire tract being Lot 27, Block 1, of Farm Hill (Map Book 19, Pages 1 and 2), as more particularly described in Deed Book 588 at page 163 of the Cabarrus County Registry, incorporated herein by reference, and identified as Tax Parcel 54.00, Tax Map 3C, Township 2. STATEMENT OF PROPERTY TAKEN: The property taken is a perpetual right-of-way and easement of thirty (30) feet in width for: (a) a sewer line; (b) all purposes to which plaintiff is authorized to subject the same; and (c) during construction, a right-of-way and easement ten (10) feet in width on both the east and west sides of the permanent easement (i.e. a maximum width of fifty (50) feet). o DESCRIPTION OF AREA TAKEN: Such portion of the tract identified in Paragraph 1 above that is included in the right-of-way and easement described in Paragraph 2 above which is more particularly set forth in a survey and map by Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc., dated July 7, 1989, attached hereto, including and together with the construction easement ten (10) feet in width on both the east and west sides of the permanent easement.
