Ruffin, County Manager, reminded the Board of the following <br />meetings: <br /> <br /> June 13, 1990 - North Carolina Association of County Commissioners <br />Legislative Briefing - Raleigh <br /> August 9 -12, 1990 North Carolina Association of County Commissioners <br /> 1990 Annual Conference - Ashevtlle <br /> May 10, 1990 - Business After Hours at the Governmental Center and <br />sponsored by the Concord/Cabarrus County Chamber of Commerce and the Kannapolis <br />Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting at 7:45 P.M. until the conclusion of <br />the meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the Water and Sewer District. <br /> Chairman Lentz reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners at <br />7:50 P.M. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin with <br />Chairman Lentz and Commissioners Melvin, Moss, and Hamby voting for, the Board <br />moved to go into executive session to discuss possible land acquisition, <br />personnel matters, and potential litigation. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Moss with Chairman <br />Lentz and Commissioners Moss, Melvin and Hamby voting for, the executive session <br />was adjourned. <br /> No report was given following the executive session. <br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting until May 9, 1990 at 8:00 A.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
