<br />NEW BUSINESS
<br /> Chairman Lentz stated that this was the day and hour for a public hearing
<br />to consider the naming of an unnamed road to Ray Drive and asked if anyone were
<br />present who wished to speak regarding this matter. There was no one present to
<br />speak either for or against the proposed road name change, and Chairman Lentz
<br />closed the public hearing.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Moss and
<br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the following road name change.

<br />Unnamed Road to Ray Drive (Petition 89-90-02)
<br />
<br /> The bids as shown below were received on May 10, 1990 for the construction
<br />of the Mt. Pleasant Water Line Extension which consisted of 435 feet of 6-inch
<br />water line on North Drive to be paid for by the Town of Mt. Pleasant and 1,240
<br />feet of 12-inch water line along Highway 49 from North Drive east to a mobile
<br />home park. The mobile home park owner will pay $13,000.00 toward the cost of the
<br />project and the remaining costs of approximately $6,715.00 and $18,780.00 are
<br />to be paid by the Town and the County respectively.
