The changes included monthly rather than <br />quarterly settlements with Blue Cross and Blue Shield and insured losses to 120 <br />percent by the County. <br /> Commissioner Melvin called for a $5,000.00 appropriation to the Animal <br />Protection Association as well as an additional allocation of $10,000.00 to the <br />Cabarrus Rescue Squad for HUGO-related damages. <br /> <br /> <br />
