594 <br /> <br /> The budget amendment for the apPropriation of the $1.5 million to the City <br />of Concord was presented to the Board. The Board deferred action on the budget <br />amendment until such time the agreements between the City of Concord and <br />Cabarrus County are finalized. <br /> Commissioner Melvin agreed to attend the Board of Health meeting on <br />Thursday in the place of Commissioner Hamby who is out of town. The Animal <br />Shelter is to be discussed at that time. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Lentz <br />recessed the meeting until 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 30, 1990. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
