615 <br /> <br />The transcript of the meeting is as follows: <br /> <br />LENTZ: I am going to recess the regular Board meeting at this time and go into <br />the special meeting that was called for a second reading of the Ambulance <br />Franchise Agreement and that is what I will do at this time. The special <br />meeting called for the second reading for finalization of the Ambulance <br />Franchise award to Char-Meck Ambulance Service and at this time I will open that <br />for any discussion, or comments or motion. <br /> <br />MELVIN: Mr. Chairman, I move that we accept this as the second reading for the <br />adoption of the Contract with Char-Meck. <br /> <br />LENTZ: Ail right. And I would second that, I expect that I had better second <br />that or I will get talked about at home. Any discussion? Hearing none, we will <br />vote. Ail in favor of the motion, signify by saying aye. <br /> <br />LENTZ, MELVIN, MOSS, SIMMONS: Aye <br /> <br />LENTZ: Ail opposed, no. And that is taken care of. Aubrey, that should take <br />care of you for a while. Ail right, we are still in the special meeting. And <br />at this time I will adjourn the special meeting. <br /> <br />HARTSELL: Didn't you have a second... <br /> <br />LENTZ: Yes, but that... <br /> <br />MELVIN: the contracts <br /> <br />LENTZ: the finalization of the contracts. <br /> <br />MOSS: But you still got to go back into the regular recessed meeting, don't we, <br />or do we do it in special meeting? <br /> <br />SIMMONS: Would it make a difference? <br /> <br />LENTZ: It really doesn't make a difference. <br /> <br />HARTSELL: Not a whole lot of difference.
