The books will be taken <br />to Martinsville, Virginia under the supervision of a vendor who will repair and <br />re-create portions of the documents contained in these books. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the following change orders for the <br />addition to the Department of Social Services. <br /> <br />General Construction - T. K. Browne Construction <br /> <br />Change Order Number 2 - Install Certainteed Hallmark Shingles <br />in lieu of standard weight shingles. Add $2,400.00 <br />Change Order Number 3 - Remove an additional seven feet from <br />top of existing chimney and install new cap. Add $400.00 <br />Change Order Number 4 - Install 5/8" gypsum board on furring <br />strips over concrete block and brick walls in Corridor 200 and <br />Vestibule 300 which connects existing building to new <br />addition. Add $900.00 <br />Change Order Number 5 - Install 5/8" gypsum board on metal <br />framing member on underside of all metal pan stair <br />construction in stairs 101, 201, and 301. Add $450.00. <br /> <br />Electrical Work - Tri Electric, Inc, <br /> <br />Change Order Number 1 Add 3 type CW fixtures above fire <br />escape. Revise all type CW fixtures to G.E. #WL07SIN with 70W <br />HPS lamp. Revise two type CL fixtures to Prescolite type <br />#9156-70HPS-MTI with regressed fresnel lens.
