The appeal to Superior Court must be filed within thirty (30) days <br />of the filing by the Secretary of the Commission of the decision in the office <br />of the Zoning Official or the delivery by the Zoning Official of the notice <br />required in 8.3-8, whichever is later. <br /> <br />8,11 Duties of the Board of County Commissioners: Because of the quasi- <br />judicial nature of the actions of the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission when acting as a board of adjustment, the state law does not permit <br />appeals of actions of the board of adjustment to the Board of County <br />Commissioners.
