E. 6e <br />t <br />Division Engineer <br />SUBJECT: <br />DOT Construction Agreement (SAP Agreement #5985) and <br />Supplemental Agreement (SAP Agreement #6762) <br />The Raging Ridge Road extension project (WBS No. 43370) is now complete and <br />Cabattus County should be invoiced for the costs of the project that exceeded the <br />estimated cost of $1,681,187.00. The attached agreements state that Cabarrus County <br />shall reimburse the Department for all of the actual oversightladministrative costs and <br />100% of costs that exceed the estimated project costs. <br />The total amount charged to the project, including oversight/administrative costs, is <br />$1,715,428.96 as shown on the attached billing detail summary.
