CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />New Business <br />FEBRUARY 19, 2018 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />SUBJECT: <br />Emergency Medical Services - Sale of Surplus Ambulance to American <br />Transmed <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />American TransMed has indicated the desire to purchase a surplus <br />ambulance from Cabarrus County in order to use it for the transport of <br />bariatrics patients. They have submitted an offer of $6,250 dollars. <br />Infrastructure and Asset Management records indicate the highest <br />previous amount received for a surplus ambulance to be <br />$4,015.
