CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />FEBRUARY 19, 2018 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />SUBJECT: <br />Emergency Medical Services - Telestroke Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Cabarrus County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is proposing the <br />implementation of an innovative first of its kind telestroke project. This <br />project brings EMS providers and patients together with neurologists from <br />the back of an ambulance.
