affected by the Force Majeure, be suspended for so long as such party's ability to perform is affected by <br />such Force Majeure. "Force Majeure" means an event or force beyond the reasonable control of a party <br />which affects such party's performance under this Agreement, including acts of God, acts of public enemy, <br />terrorism, wars, riots and civil disturbances, explosions, epidemics, natural disasters, Fires, vandalism, <br />changes in general and economic political conditions or the securities, credit or financial markets in general, <br />and Government Interference or preemption in connection with a national emergency. <br />XVII, Headines <br />The section and subsection headings contained in this Agreement are included for convenience <br />only and form no part of the agreement between the parties. <br />XIV. Merger <br />This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter <br />addressed in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, contracts, or agreements <br />between the Parties with respect to the subject matter addressed in this Agreement, whether oral or written, <br />XV. Miscellaneous <br />A. Regulatory References. A reference in this Agreement to a section in the HIPAA Rules <br />means the section as in effect or as amended. <br />B. Amendment. The Parties agree to take such action as is necessary to amend this Agreement <br />from time to time as is necessary for compliance with the requirements of the HIPAA Rules and any <br />other applicable law. <br />C. Interpretation.
