Dr. Robert Burgin of RB Software & Consulting, Inc., located at 1720 Hobbs Road in <br />Greensboro, North Carolina, is an experienced consultant and public library professional. His <br />familiarity with both NC public libraries and national best practices (including The Aspen <br />Institute's Rising to the Challenge: Re -Envisioning Public Libraries Report and Action Guide for <br />Re -Envisioning your Public Library) were primary factors in choosing his consulting services, as <br />both local and national perspectives accurately reflect the changing landscape of Cabarrus <br />County. Dr. Burgin will be the facilitator of most public and stakeholder communication related <br />to the project, as well as the primary collector of relevant data.
