STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />CABARRUSCOUNTY <br />13.7) In the event that any provision of this Contract shall be determined to be <br />invalid, this Contract thereupon shall be deemed to have been amended to eliminate such <br />provisions so the remaining provisions of this Contract shall be valid and binding. <br />13.8) All notices and other formal communications hereunder shall be made in <br />writing and given or delivered by certified United States mail to the principal and at the <br />address designated below.
