CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />New Business <br />MAY 21, 2018 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />SUBJECT: <br />Cabarrus County Schools - Reallocation request for the Performance <br />Learning Center Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Education approved a reallocation of <br />budget for the Performance Learning Center (PLC) on April 16, 2018. <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Education is now requesting approval of <br />the reallocation by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. A <br />reallocation of $80,000 from the PLC Architect line item is requested to <br />be distributed as follows: $20,000 to the Construction line item and <br />$60,000 to the Furniture and Equipment line item.
