Manual Back-up Pump (option) <br />Check for proper operation. <br />Chain Adjustment: Must have equal <br />Tension and proper platform height <br />General Inspection <br />Remove header cover and inspect: <br />Cylinder clevis lock nut and cylinder <br />mounting hardware <br />• Hydraulic hoses, fitting and connections <br />for wear, leaks or other damage <br />• Chains, chain bolts, UHMW rollers, axles <br />and mounting hardware for wear, <br />Misalignment or other damage. <br />• Inspect power cable. <br />Make sure lift operates smoothly. <br />Mounting <br />Decals <br />F-3 <br />13 <br />Description for <br />specifications Check fluid <br />level with <br />platform lowered fully. <br />Fill the reservoir to within <br />1/2" from the top of the <br />reservoir (breather cap <br />hole) <br />Release valve must be tight. <br />Tighten or replace leaky or <br />Faulty hydraulic fittings. <br />Check hydraulic fluid <br />level. (*See Systems <br />Descriptions for Priming <br />and Flushing <br />Procedures). <br />Adjust if needed. *See <br />Roller Chain Assemblies <br />Tighten or replace if <br />needed. Note: Clevis lock <br />nut must be replaced if <br />loosened or removed. <br />Re -secure, replace or correct <br />as needed. <br />Re -secure, realign, replace or <br />correct as needed. <br />Re -secure, repair or replace. <br />Realign horseshoe tubes, <br />Apply *Light Grease or <br />Otherwise correct as needed <br />Check to see that the lift is <br />Securely anchored to the <br />Vehicle and there are no <br />Loose bolts, broken welds <br />Or stress fractures. <br />Replace if wom, missing or <br />Illegible. <br />Alinchmenl number 1 \n <br />Page 130 <br />
