Response Form <br />11 General <br />This section contains the responses to be addressed by Proposers. Proposers shall address the <br />questions in the order presented, identifying the proposal questions by number. Proposals need to be <br />specific, detailed and straight -forward using clear, concise, easily understood language. <br />Proposals shall be typed or written in a legible fashion. <br />12 Proposal Response <br />The answers to the questions in this section will be evaluated and scored to determine Proposers <br />ability to provide quality service at fair and reasonable prices while maintaining high standards of <br />safely and customer satisfaction. <br />Proposers are encouraged to make any comments and/or to attach any information that may assist <br />the review panel in evaluating their ability to perform this contract. <br />Each item in the responses shall be addressed and responses shall be numbered and identified by the <br />section to correspond with the RFP questions. <br />.E <br />Attachment number 1 In <br />F-3 Page 167 <br />
