l4; <br />Cabarrus County Tax Administration <br />David Thrift - Tax Administrator <br />May 17, 2018 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />To: Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br />From: David Thrift, Tax Administrator <br />Re: Appointments to the Cabarrus County Board of Equalization and Review <br />Mr. Glen Tucker and Mr. Bernard Felder currently serve as member and alternate member <br />respectively of the Cabarrus County Board of Equalization and Review and have terms expiring <br />June 30, 2018. 1 have communicated with both and they are willing to serve another term. Mr. <br />Tucker has served on the Board since his initial term in 2011, so an exception to the "length of <br />service" provision of the appointment policy will be needed for his approval. <br />Based on the quality of their prior service and their commitment to this Board I recommend both <br />Mr. Tucker and Mr. Felder for reappointment at this time. <br />David Thrift <br />Tax Administrator <br />65 Church Street S.
