CABARRUS COUNTY - CURRENT MEMBERSHIP <br />Cabarrus County has four (4) members on the twenty-four (24) member Centralina Workforce Development <br />Board (WDB). The Cabarrus County Commissioners will select and approve nominations for WDB members <br />based on the slate of nominations presented by the appropriate agencies and organizations listed under <br />"General Information" and "Membership". Each WDB member is appointed to serve a two-year term. Nominations and appointments to fill the categories of Private <br />Sector/Business (2 slots) are requested. <br />Ms. Tracie Hampton (S&D Coffee and Tea) is eligible for reappointment as one of the Private Sector <br />representatives. Tracie is an excellent Board member and serves on the Board's Marketing/Communications <br />Focus Team. Her expertise and experience are invaluable to the Board. Tracie Hampton has been contacted <br />and has agreed to be reappointed for another 2 -year term. <br />The Centralina WDB requests that Ms. Tracie Hampton be <br />reappointed as a PRIVATE SECTOR representative for <br />Cabarrus County <br />Mr. Milton Chicas (Wayne Brothers, Inc.) is eligible for reappointment as one of the Private Sector <br />representatives. Milton is an excellent Board member and serves on the Board's Marketing/Communications <br />Focus Team. His expertise and experience in the Commercial Construction industry are invaluable to the <br />Board. Milton Chicas has been contacted and has agreed to be reappointed for another 2 -year tem <br />The Centralina WDB requests that Mr. Milton Chicas be <br />reappointed as a PRIVATE SECTOR representative for <br />Cabarrus County <br />If an individual does not wish to be reappointed to the WDB or the County chooses not to reappoint, please <br />obtain necessary nominations for appointments. Please supply David Hollars at the Centralina WDB a list of <br />nominations and appointees (including name, title, company/agency, address, phone numbers, and e-mail) as <br />soon as possible but no later than July 1, 2018.
