May 25, 2018 <br />To the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Cabarrus County Government <br />With the vacancy of retired EMS Director, Alan Thompson, and his availability to <br />remain on the Mental Health Advisory Board as a member -at -large representing <br />higher education from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, we are requesting a <br />new seat be created specifically for Emergency Medical Systems (EMS). In speaking <br />with Alan Thompson and Jimmy Lentz, both have concurred that Capt.
