Second Reading <br />d. The terms of Section 82-57 of the Ordinance shall be included in the franchise <br />agreement as they relate to termination, suspension, or revocation. <br />e. The Board of Commissioners authorize the County Manager to negotiate and execute <br />the franchise agreement with American TransMed, not inconsistent with this Ordinance, <br />after drafting and review by the County Attorney. <br />Approved after readings in two consecutive regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners on <br />June 18, 2018 and July 17, 2018, pursuant to N.C.
