She is a NC Licensed Professional Counselor, and has served on <br />the Client Rights Committee within Mental Health, her role consisted of reviewing incident reports, <br />assessing the actions taken, and creating more sufficient strategies for future incidents. Etta E. Downs <br />for At -Large from Mount Pleasant NC. She has 20 plus years of experience working with at risk students, <br />and has taught behavior classes for 12 years, and works closely with law enforcement and probation and <br />parole. Terry M. Wise to fill our Substance Abuse Professional seat, he is from Concord NC, and CEO <br />with Genesis A new Beginning.
