CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />JULY 17, 2018 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />SUBJECT: <br />Finance - Resolution Approving Lease Financing of Emergency <br />Management Services Power Stretchers <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Finance requests the Board of Commissioners approve the attached <br />resolution enabling Cabarrus County to enter into a Lease Financing of <br />certain equipment; the execution and delivery thereof; and providing for <br />certain other related matters. <br />The lease financing will be entered into for the lease of eighteen power <br />stretchers with a six year extended warranty/service program for six <br />annual payments of $115,190.14 for a not to exceed amount of <br />$700,000.
