5.3 SHELTERS & FACILITIES <br />IW <br />C <br />NA <br />Facilities will have adequate space, heating and air conditioning to meet the operational <br />X <br />X <br />requirements of new Equipment proposed herein. <br />Provide 110 VAC or 220 VAC power to the DC system. <br />X <br />Provide attachment for station ground within the maximum distance of fifteen (15) feet <br />X <br />of the proposed Equipment location. Existing facility grounding is a single point <br />X <br />configuration. <br />Provide and install AC/DC rectifiers and battery backup systems. <br />X <br />Provide a ground ring or plate as recommended by local practices. <br />X <br />X <br />Provide a 66 block for any environmental alarms to be monitored over the microwave <br />X <br />Provide a timing source for synchronization of and TDM traffic over the backhaul <br />X <br />network <br />X <br />6 Project Services <br />Motorola and Cabanas County will undertake the responsibilities assigned to them, <br />respectively, in this Section 6. <br />6.1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />megementK <br />C <br />NAM <br />Provide PM Services for duration of project for Motorola's deliverables only. Utilize a <br />X <br />Project Manager who will function as single point of contact (SPDC) and coordinate <br />project activities through final delivery of all contracted -for elements, coordinating all <br />in-scrPe tasks until project closeout. <br />Collaborate to develop a baseline Project Management Plan & Schedule Management <br />X <br />Plan (Project Timeline) with baseline schedule that includes critical paths & key <br />milestones. <br />Gain consensus/approval on a Communication Management Plan which includes status <br />X <br />meeting location/duration/frequency, and reporting content & format with distribution <br />list & media type. The plan will also include exception reporting and escalations. <br />Establish a Change Management Plan, which is a change control system of formal <br />X <br />documented procedures that define how project deliverables are controlled, changed, <br />and approved. <br />Manage Resources—allocate staff and other resources (e.g, equipment, laboratories, <br />X <br />etc.), and gain comm ument to project schedule. <br />Analyze &track project risks to verify that risks are identified, status is reported, and <br />X <br />appropriate risk response plans are executed. Escalate & issue jeopardies as necessary. <br />Manage close-out activities before any necessary resources are released.
