AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 17, 2018 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />SUBJECT: <br />Department of Human Services - FY19 Home and Community Care Block <br />Grant (HCCBG) Funding Plan Revision <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The FY19 Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) Funding Plan <br />was approved by the Board of Commissioners on June 18, 2018. On June <br />27, 2018 the county was notified by the Area Agency on Aging of <br />additional funding for the Home and Community Care Block Grant <br />(HCCBG) program. The HCCBG Advisory Committee met on July 16, 2018 <br />to determine how to divide the additional funds among the various <br />programs.
