A copy of the easement document <br />and map are attached. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the easement between Cabarrus County and Public Service Company of <br />North Carolina and authorize the County Manager to execute the easement document on <br />behalf of Cabarrus County, subject to review or revisions by the County Attorney. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Jonathan B.
