No action was <br />required of the Board. <br />(1-6) Finance - Monthly Financial Update <br />The Board received the monthly financial update for informational <br />purposes. He also commented on his participation on the most <br />recent Out -and -About Commissioners' video regarding the widening project for <br />Interstate 85 (I-85). <br />Chairman Morris encouraged citizens to use the new Cabarrus County <br />website. <br />(K) WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT OF CABARRUS COUNTY <br />None. <br />(L) CLOSED SESSION <br />(L-1) Closed Session - Pending Litigation, Economic Development, Acquisition <br />of Real Property and Personnel Matters <br />UPON MOTION by Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Poole <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss <br />matters related to pending litigation, economic development, acquisition of <br />real property and personnel matters as authorized by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(3), <br />(4), (5) and (6). <br />UPON MOTION by Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />Return to Open Session <br />
