Morris, Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />/s/ Lauren Linker <br />Lauren Linker, Clerk to the Board <br />(F) CONSENT <br />Page 3628 <br />(F-1) HOC - Designation of Voting Delegate for NCACC llle' Annual Conference <br />The North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) is <br />requesting each county designate a commissioner or other elected official as a <br />voting delegate for the NCACC 111th Annual Conference to be held in Catawba <br />County on August 23-25, 2018. <br />UPON MTION of Commissioner Shue, seconded by Commissioner Kiger and <br />unanimously carried, the Board designated Chairman Morris as the voting delegate <br />to represent Cabarrus County at the NCACC 111th Annual Conference in Catawba <br />County. <br />(F-2) County Manager - Approval of Project Ordinances and Budget Amendment <br />Related to CIP Funded Projects in the FY19 General Fund Budget <br />Included is a list of County CIP (Capital Improvement Plan) projects that <br />were approved as part of the FY19 General Fund Budget. These projects will be <br />recorded and tracked in the Construction and Renovation Fund. The projects are <br />being funded by the Capital Reserve Fund.
