Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 20-187.2, it is requested that <br />Chief Deputy Hunt's service weapons (Sig Sauer P320, 40 caliber, serial <br />#58C352174 and Sig Sauer P224, 40 caliber, serial #500000091) be declared <br />surplus and awarded to him for the price of $1.00 each for a total of $2.00. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Vice Chairman Honeycutt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board declared service weapons (Sig Sauer P320, 40 <br />caliber, serial #58C352174 and Sig Sauer P224, 40 caliber, serial #500000091) <br />as surplus property and awarded them to Chief Deputy Hunt for the price of $1.00 <br />each for a total of $2.00 upon his retirement. <br />(F-16) Sheriff's Office - 911 Emergency Telephone Fund Recording System <br />Purchase and Budget Amendment <br />911 Emergency Telecommunications is requesting to purchase a NexLog <br />Communications Recording System including backup. This is an eligible purchase <br />from 911 funds (Fund 401). The attached budget amendment increases expenditures <br />and appropriates fund balance for this purchase. Indsin hind <br />balsam for this putehase. <br />(F-17) Tax Administration - Refund and Release Reports - July 2018 <br />The Release Report contains taxpayers' names, bill numbers, valuations, <br />tax amounts, along with the justifications for releasing the valuation/tax <br />amounts for outstanding levies in accordance with N.C.G.S. 105-381. The Refund <br />Report is a summary sheet which lists data from each refund request form, along <br />with the justification for the refunds to the taxpayers in accordance with <br />N.C.G.S. 105-381. <br />
