No <br />action was required of the Board. <br />(I-4) County Manager - Monthly New Development Report <br />The Board received the monthly new development report for informational <br />purposes. No action was required of the Board. <br />(I-5) Economic Development Corporation - September 2018 Monthly Summary Report <br />The Board received the Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation (EDC) <br />monthly report for the month of September 2018 as part of the Agenda. No action <br />was required of the Board. <br />(I-6) Finance - Monthly Financial Update <br />The Board received the monthly financial update report for informational <br />purposes. No action was required of the Board. <br />(J) General Comments by Board Members <br />Commissioner Kiger introduced his mother, Beth Kiger from Charleston, as <br />a guest at the meeting. <br />Youth Commission member, Cason Gardner, announced National Collection <br />Week for Operation Christmas Child is November 12 through November 19, 2018.
