He stated, after review, <br />staff recommended granting the contract to Hendrix Business Solutions. <br />Mike Downs, County Manager, commented on the contracts and costs. <br />A discussion ensued. During discussion, Mr. Shanley responded to questions <br />from the Board. <br />of Deeds - Refund of Excise Tax <br />Richard Koch, County Attorney, reported the Albertelli Law firm requested <br />a refund of excise tax paid on a recorded Quit Claim Deed.
