The Finance Director is hereby directed to maintain within the <br />Capital Project Fund sufficient detailed accounting records to <br />satisfy the requirements of the law. <br />b. The Finance Director is directed to report, at the request of the <br />Board, on the financial status of each project element in Section <br />I and on the total revenues received or claimed. <br />c. Copies of this capital project ordinance shall be furnished to <br />the Clerk to the governing Board, and to the Finance Director for <br />direction in carrying out this project. <br />d. Morris, Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />/s/ Lauren Linker <br />Clerk to the Board <br />(F-6) Human Services - CCTS Passenger Policy <br />Cabarrus County Transportation Services (CCTS) has revised and updated the <br />CCTS Passenger Policy. This policy provides guidance and rules for all passengers <br />riding the CCTS vans as well as explaining suspension and termination of service. <br />This policy will be shared with all passengers and a signed copy will be kept by <br />CCTS. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Cabarrus County Transportation <br />Services Passenger Policy. <br />(F-7) Human Services - In -Home Aide Policy <br />The DHS In -Home Aide program provides three different levels on in-home <br />aide services to the citizens of Cabarrus County. Level II and Level III <br />Personal Care services are provided through Home and Community Care Block Grant <br />(HCCBG) and Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP) funding and is subcontracted <br />through licensed home care agencies. Home Management I services are provided <br />in-house and the agency is certified through the North Carolina Division of <br />Aging and Adult Services. In preparation for our next certification review in <br />December 2018 the In -Home Aide Policy has been updated. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Cabarrus County Department of Human <br />Services In -Home Aide Policy. <br />(F-8) ITS - Enterprise Multi -Functional Printer Contract <br />ITS (Information Technology Services) provided a presentation and <br />recommendation for the execution of a five-year enterprise multi -functional <br />printer services contract at the November 5, 2018 work session. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the contract between Cabarrus County <br />and Hendrix Business Solutions; and authorized the County Manager to execute <br />the contract on behalf of Cabarrus County, subject to review or revisions by <br />the County Attorney. <br />(F-9) Register of Deeds - Refund of Excise Tax <br />Albertelli Law recorded a Quit Claim Deed, instrument #23837 and paid a <br />revenue stamp fee of $300. Subsequently, Albertelli Law recorded an affidavit <br />of correction affirming that said fee was not owed as no consideration passed <br />between the grantor and grantee in this particular transaction. The instrument <br />number of the affidavit of correction was 25393. <br />
