All <br />of the witnesses were duly sworn and documents were received in evidence. There were no witnesses <br />in opposition to the variance application. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />After hearing and receiving the evidence, the Board makes the followingFindings of Fact: <br />1.The Property is in theLow Density Residential(LDR)zoningdistrictand is 1.71acres in <br />size. The Property has been used for residential purposes previously, possible for close to <br />100 years prior. <br />2.An older home previously occupied the Property along withtwo accessory structures and a <br />barn.
