This
hearing was to consider the close out documentation submitted by the applicant, Cabarrus County Planning
and Zoning staff, and the members of the committee of the Board.

This hearing was properly advertised and noticed and was held live in the Commissioners chambers
of the Cabarrus County Governmental Center. This report provided an
update of Board committee action and staff action since this matter was last heard by the Board on
November 10, 2020. At that time, the matter was tabled pending a site visit by the Board committee and
staff. The committee and staff did visit the site on December 2, 2020 and provided their resultant
observations, comments and concerns to the applicant. Since that time, the applicant has been working
to address those matters. County and NCDEQ staff visited the site in October, 2021 to evaluate progress.
The memorandum refle
condition of the site as reflected after the October site visit.
