Conclusion that the proposed use does satisfy the specific standards listed in the <br />Ordinance for this use. <br /> <br />Therefore, because the Board concludes that all of the general and specific conditions precedent to the <br />issuance of an AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT have been satisfied, it is ORDERED that <br />the application for the issuance of an AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT be GRANTED, <br />subject to the conditions described above, and the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. It is also <br />ORDERED that any violations previously alleged against this project by Cabarrus County prior to the date <br />of this Order are considered to have been corrected and satisfied.
