A new building to <br />house and protect the system will be constructed. Additional <br />concrete will also be added for access. The use ispermitted with <br />the issuance of a conditional use permit in the Countryside <br />Residential (CR) zoning district. <br /> <br />Site Description: The site currently supports an existing communitywell owned and <br />operated by Aqua North Carolina. Most of the site is wooded and <br />vacant. The site is accessed from Byfield Drive via a private access <br />easement across 2730 Byfield Drive. The subject property is <br />described as the original well lot for the Cold Springs subdivision <br />recorded in 1993. According to the recorded plat, a 20-foot-wide <br />drainage easement traverses the west side of the subject property. <br /> <br />Current Land Uses: Public Service Facility (Community Well for Cold Springs <br />Subdivision) <br /> <br />Adjacent Land Uses: North – Vacant/Institutional <br />East – Residential <br />South – Residential <br />West – Residential <br /> <br />Permitted Uses: All uses permitted within the CR zoning district are currently <br />allowed on the subject property. However, the subject property is <br />dedicated as the well lot for the Cold Springs Subdivision. <br /> <br />
