LAND USE OF ADJACENT PROPERTIES: <br />NORTH___Church_______________________ SOUTH___Residential_________________________ <br />EAST ___Residential_______________________ WEST___Residential_____________________ <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: <br />The Zoning Ordinance imposes the following general requirements on the use requested by the applicant. <br />Under each requirement, the applicant should explain, with reference to the attached plans (when <br />applicable) how the proposed use satisfies these requirements. <br />1.ety <br /> <br /> <br />The proposed filtration system will remove radionuclides from the public drinking water supply, which <br />will improve the <br />2. <br /> <br /> <br />The well and filtration building is centrally located in a residential area and is located close to all of these <br />functions. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br /> <br />The proposed filtration building only requires the removal of 190 SF of existing trees, as seen on sheet C- <br />02. The rest of the site will stay in the existing condition and will not adversely affect the surrounding <br />residential area. <br /> <br /> <br />4.The Board must find that the use(s) <br />physical development of the County or Town, as embodied in the Zoning Ordinance or in the area <br /> <br /> <br />The zoning of the parcel is not changing.
