<br />Meeting Information: Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Cabarrus <br />County Governmental Center located in downtown Concord at 65 Church Street, SE. <br /> <br />Special Use Permit: Special Use Permits are considered by the Board of Adjustment during a quasi-judicial <br />hearing. This means that anyone wishing to speak regarding the application must be sworn in. The vote <br />requirement for the Special Use Permit to pass is a simple majority.
