<br />Planning and <br />Development <br /> <br />To: Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission <br />From: Sandy Howell, CZO, Planner <br />CC: File <br />Date: January 4, 2022 <br />Re: RZON2021-00005 <br />Larry Hamrick submitted an application for a Rezoning from LDR to LDR with MH-2 to allow a double <br />wide manufactured home on the property. <br />The applicant is requesting that the case be tabled until the March Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting to accommodate travel needs due to his out of state status. <br />The case has been advertised, the sign posted, and adjacent property owners notified. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will need to vote to table the meeting until the March meeting, or <br />the next available agenda due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines. <br /> <br />1 <br />
