(per Justin Brines, Deputy Chief EMS). <br />Fire Review: <br />Variance Request Approved. Additional requirements may be required in site plan and building plans. (per <br />Matthew Hopkins, Fire Marshal’s Office). <br />NCDOT Review: <br />We do not need a driveway permit but do ask that all the plantings currently shown in the sight distance <br />triangles be removed. There should be 10’x70’ sight distance triangles shown on the ROW line on both <br />sides of the access. Please show these triangles and remove all the plantings within them.
