A door-to-door meeting with each property <br />owner with social distancing imposed. <br />-A site plan, description of the proposed improvement along with contact information to <br />provide input was provided. <br />-This information was either left at their door (when occupant was not available) or <br />handed to the occupants. <br />-A brief overview of the improvements and contact information to submit comments <br />were provided. <br /> <br />The following are comments from the door-to-door meetings. <br />1)Will it increase my HOA fees?
