Planning Staff <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Should the Board consider approval of the rezoning, Planning staff recommends that the <br />following conditions be applied: <br />1. The subject property shall be required to secure a driveway permit issued by the NCDOT. <br />2. The proposed project shall meet all of the Performance Based Standards set forth in Chapter <br />Seven of the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance for Indoor Recreational Facilities. <br />3. The proposed project shall be subject to a final site development plan review and approval <br />as stated in Chapter 12, Section 12-8, Site Development Plan. <br />4. The subject property must acquire all applicable state, local, and federal permits prior to the <br />subject property being developed. <br />5. Approval of this petition shall be contingent the approval of the O-I Text Amendment by the <br />th <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners (public hearing to be held June 20, 2005). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />36 <br /> <br />
