Exhibit F <br />Neighborhood Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />On August 18, 2022, I mailed all the above a letter stating that I am requesting rezoning the <br />property at 672 Hwy 24/27. Currently it is light commercial, and I am requesting it be rezoned to <br />residential so I can build a house where I am planning on living. Gary Barnhill stressed that he <br />didn’t want me to build a house next to him that he wanted to buy the property. Also, Thomas <br />Houston George Jr said he wanted to buy the property. Mark Morgan stated that he is happy to <br />have me for a neighbor. As of 9/16/2022 I have not heard from anyone else. It is 0.92 of an acre <br />you really cannot do much more than put a small house on it. The county did a perk test which <br />passed for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house.
