But in the future,he will not be able to use theirs and they will <br />not be able to use his? <br />Ms. Morris said that is between them. The issue before the Board tonight is whether or not the <br />zoning is appropriate. <br />Mr. Hudspeth is just trying to understand what is going on, that is all. <br />Ms. Barnhill said they were told that after this meeting, that he is putting fence up and we would <br />not have a driveway anymore so. <br />Ms. Nurse said her concern is the driveway. They are saying that what he isgetting ready toput <br />on there is aneyesore to them. She is trying to figure out the disagreement you are having. <br />Ms. Barnhill said there is a driveway and there is a big round about. When you come out of our <br />front door,his house will basically be in our front yard. We reallyjustwant to <br />increase ourbackyard,so we have full viewand did not have something in our backyard. We <br />wanted to be able share the driveway with that man,so that he hasmore than one access to all of <br />that property.He talked about doing some different things back there, but he only has one <br />driveway. So, it is not just to our benefitthat this would happen, it would be to the benefit to the <br />all theneighbors as well becausenone of us want to see this happen.She spoke with him,but <br />he was not able to make tonight, HVAC people are very busy this time of year. <br />Mr. Goldberg showed the aerial and said you should be able to see the driveways better there. <br />Ms. Barnhill said our driveway was the original wagon road to Charlotte is what we were told <br />when we bought the property.
