The Fees and Policy are effective for the Calendar Year <br />instead of the Fiscal Year. <br />Minimal requested changes this year include: <br />Policy - changes to the Cabarrus County 501 (c) 3 - 1 Free rental per Calendar year. <br />Proposal to read: Any Cabarrus County 501 (c) 3 organization will be charged 50% for a <br />one-time fundraising rental at any ALP facility that has reservable/rental space. <br />Fees and Charges - Corrections to operational times, facility names, and addition of Virginia <br />Foil Park and the Mt Pleasant Active Living Center. <br />Removed 1 day Ballfield Rental <br />Increased price of Bulk Ticket prices for Mini -Golf and Paddleboats by $1.00 <br />Removed Active Living Center Reservation (keeping in alignment with the Library) <br />The ALP Commission reviewed and approved the proposed changes at the October 17, <br />2024 Meeting. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Recommended Motion: <br />Motion to approve the proposed changes to the 2025 Active Living and Parks Departments' <br />Page102 <br />
