No action was required of the Board. <br />(G-9) Economic Development Corporation - January 2024 Monthly Summary Report <br />The Board received the Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation (EDC) <br />monthly report for the month of June 2024 for informational purposes. No action <br />was required of the Board. <br />GENERAL COMMENTS BY BOARD MEMBERS <br />None. <br />I) Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus Count <br />Vice Chairman Shue, Water and Sewer Authority liaison, reported the <br />expansion project is progressing at the water and sewer plant off Rocky River <br />Road. Additional plans to enhance the plant should allow more water and sewer <br />allocations for the County and municipalities.
