Joseph Tierney <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Lt. Joseph Tierney will retired from the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office on November 1st, <br />2024, after 30 creditable years of service. Pursuant to NC General Statute 20-187.2, it is <br />requested that Lt. Tierney's service weapon (Sig Sauer P320, SN 58,1430626) be designated <br />surplus and awarded to Lt.
