McLeod, <br />Area Conservationist and Ivir. John Layden, Jr., Watershed Co-ordinator, <br />to the meeting. <br />2. Minutes of the NOV3 R mee were approved. <br />J <br />3. Chairman's Report: <br />a. A letter dated November 2, 1970 from Mr. 131mer O. Graham was read. <br />The letter contained information of a color and sound motion <br />picture entitled, "The Soutbs' Third Forest". The film can be <br />made available for showing through the State SCS office. Scheduled <br />request must be made. <br />b. An information letter from Mr. lUmer Graham dated November 5, 1970, <br />c,%T,lained a new brochure (one attached to letter) of accompli-shtients <br />on RC&D projects. <br />C. A letter was received from Mr. W. W. Stevens, informing the District <br />of a Research Committee meeting to be held in Raleigh on December 16, <br />1970. <br />4,.
