The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at a call meeting Wednesday, June 16, <br /> <br />1965 at 9:00 a.m. at the Courthouse. <br /> <br />Present: Chairman, C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, Oren Hill, McNeil Petrea, Frank McCray, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James. W. B. McCoy, representative of <br /> and <br />All American Life and Casualty Co. camB~before the Board requested~ permission <br /> <br />to discuss their insurance ~;~th county employees. It was agreed he could talk <br /> <br />with the employees. <br /> <br /> Mm. Hester of Associated Surveys discussed the revaluation program with <br />Commissioners as to how they will determine the price of lots, farm land, houses, <br />commercial buildings, etc. He was instructed to fix fair market value on all <br />property. <br /> <br /> The 1965-66 budget was discussed with accountant, Alfred Hurt. <br /> to BoaSt d <br /> <br /> <br />
